Victorian B.D. Card to a Friend...

This is a Tuscan Rose image, fans are from a victorian-type catalog.. shhhhh... love these catalogs for their delicious bits... rip here, tear there... The music sheet was distressed by me, background paper was sprayed with Moon Mist Incandescent Copper... love this too. Some gorgeous paper flowers, pearls..

Trying Out Walnut Ink Colors...

Who knew?

Not me... I didn't know that Walnut Ink (brrrrown ink) came in colors. I have been looking at these for some time now, couldn't think what 'colored' walnut ink would be like. So, let's see.. a pigmented liquid made from walnuts, a dye of sorts, an ink... brown. So, now brown ink comes in colors. Sorry to keep repeating myself, but it's very funny (not really).

So...here we go... a collage done on mat board from USArtquest (love this stuff) with a background of Cornflower color walnut ink. What will they think of next?
