Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back!!!

For those who remember Welcome Back, Kotter...
For those who don't... an old show from the 70's,
always started with theme song:
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back!
Where have I been?

Dealing with life's boomerangs,
some happy, like having a new grandson,
but some really sad,
lost both parents within a year.

Thank you so much for coming back!

Now, let's make Art!

Here are two large tags with lots of glitz and layers
with vintage photo images of little pretties, wearing their new dresses, just finished by the mum's seamstress.

A Group Of ATC's, Made In October...

 There's never a sell-by date for pumpkins...
And, ya' gotta' have at least one witch!
 Hmmm... so, when you mix...

 Witches *and* Pumpkins...

It makes for the perfect Halloween!

A Mermaid

Enchanting, interesting, beautiful, subject of much folklore, stories, tall and short tales.. but the Mermaid here, painted by  John Waterhouse in 1901, is the real thing... a true work of art.

the exact size of an ATC

You will see a vintage sewing room

with seamstresses and all the accoutrements needed to make

the finest, most fashionable garments for the most lovely vintage females

...and the back view of the shoppe

INCHES of Inchies

Marking art that is 1" by 1"
is kind of like working in miniature,
but not really...

Sometimes one uses bits of larger images,
with normal embellishments...
Then all these single 1" by 1"
single pieces of art...

Can be grouped together,
inchie by inch,
to form a full size bit of art.

Yet Another Valentine...Never a Sell-by Date

I'm so entranced with bricks in art...
Any season, any occasion, any style
Goes well with bricks.
